IPC is looking for a person with a minimum of 10-years pastoral experience to be considered for the position as an Associate Pastor for our Maryland Branch.  This individual must have an international focus and should exemplify the qualities of an overseer as outlined by God through the Apostle Paul in 1 Timothy 3:1-7.  Theological, Missiological or Evangelism educational background from an accredited institution is highly recommended.
Responsibilities include:

  • Directly supporting and assisting the Resident Pastor
  • Working closely with the Board of Trustees in realizing the vision of IPC
  • Working together with Leadership in overseeing the Maryland Branch
  • Teaching, Preaching & Counseling
  • Supporting Evangelism & Prayer Teams

Choir Director
INTERVIEWING
Do you have a unique passion for praise and worship, and to usher in God's presence in the midst of His people? Do you have the ability to raise a choir? IPC is looking for a person with a minimum of five years experience as a Choir Director, who has a genuine heart for God's glory to be revealed in terms of praise and worship.  This person must have knowledge in playing the organ, piano, or keyboard; or lead and bass guitars; and to teach same. Also, he/she must possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to raise a choir. This person must show unparalleled commitment to the things of God, and be a born-again Christian. There will be a probationary period of one (1) year. This individual must be well-versed in contemporary 21st century Christian song, scripture, and a little flair for Caribbean, African, and Hispanic music. Salary is negotiable.
